About Me

I had always been drawn to Jungian archetypes, mythology, and the hero’s journey—first as an avid reader, then as a teacher of both English and history. Raised in a devout Mormon household, I was also familiar with how archetypal storytelling shaped faith and identity. When I discovered astrology, in my mid 40s, it clicked instantly: here was an ancient system that spoke the language of symbols and cycles, but with a modern psychological and archetypal depth. It became a powerful tool for meaning-making in my own life, and soon, I was studying it intensely, making connections between the celestial and the deeply personal.

My Approach

By day, I’m a high school history teacher, and that naturally shapes how I approach astrology. Teaching, for me, isn’t about lecturing—it’s about collaboration. My role isn’t to tell you what your chart means or to dictate your life path. Instead, I see astrology as a co-creative process: a conversation, and an exploration. My job is to guide you in seeing yourself more clearly, to help you recognize the patterns shaping your life, and to support you as you make your own meaning.

More than anything, I want people to feel seen. The best astrology readings aren’t just intellectually interesting—they create a space for self-recognition and for naming things that may have always been felt but never fully articulated. I bring warmth, openness, and an intuitive approach to each session, meeting you where you are and offering insights that resonate with your unique experience.

Astrology isn’t about fate, it’s about awareness. When we understand the archetypal forces at play in our lives, we step into greater agency, choice, and self-acceptance. My goal is to help you uncover what’s already within you because ultimately, you’re the one writing your own story.
